Pat Fish on TV!!!!
(the first of several times)

In June 1998 I was part of a show produced by CNN for Turner Broadcasting

It brought my work and I to immediate national attention. It was amazing how it impacted my career.

This is the CNN crew that came to do the filming. The producer Craig Duff is the guy front center.

This is me getting my nose powdered for my big moment. You can't get much more behind the scenes than this!

I have to admit that being featured on this TV show has been one of the strangest experiences of my life. Without getting too much on a soapbox, the truth is I personally stopped watching TV in 1970 and with the exception of an hour or two a year I have watched NO TV for the last three decades. I consider it having kicked the big addiction. I made a geas (a Celtic deal with the Gods) that if I never watched TV I could be self-employed my whole life. I have kept up my end of the deal, and as a result I have the stamina and fortitude and TIME to be self-employed.

Then along comes TBS and suddenly millions of people are exposed to my love for Celtic tattooing, and now every day I have clients from out of state! Sometimes out of country! Unbelieveable! I am doing my best to live up to their high expectations, and I am deeply grateful that television has made it so easy for people to find me. Copies of the whole video can be ordered from Turner Broadcasting.
